About 8 years ago, while we were in prayer, we kept getting the sense that the Lord wanted us to place emergency supplies in certain areas around the Land. Our original search led us to the southern Golan where we found a place amiable to us building a warehouse. We could envision it outfitted with specific supplies in the ready for a great time of need. As we drove the length of the area, the Lord confirmed the idea- even with a sign. We don’t usually look for ‘signs’ but the timing was so perfect.
Time passed and we moved on to other things. Creating ‘His Lighthouse’, receiving and helping immigrants this is also the Lord’s preparations. One month ago while she was waking up, Hadassah heard ‘shipping containers’. We knew the Lord was resurrecting the original idea. We were to begin emergency preparations – whether for the Olim or for war. The Lord knows what is coming. And that is such a reassuring thought.
That very day a friend/intercessor/board member gave us a contact. As it turns out, we know the wife of this ministry team from 40 years ago in our Messianic congregation! How excited we are to be connected again. It turns out that their ministry needs to get rid of a 40 foot container! (answer to prayer #1). The next day, we found a place 5 minutes from us where we can place the container (answer to prayer #2) AND also got the contact for a company to move it- no small deal (answer to prayer #3). Moving day will be the third week of December! God seems to move rather suddenly at times in our lives.
