‘No Jew Left Behind’ is an Orthodox Jewish song that caught my attention. The title, not the song, is the burden of His Lighthouse Inc. We pray that every Jew in exile would return home to Israel. This is the desire of our hearts and God’s ultimate desire also. Sadly, I believe many will not return and will follow the pattern of thought that was prevalent before WWII. ‘I am a good German (Pole, Czech etc.)’ I’m a good citizen! However, the enemy’s only prerequisite for harm is that a person is Jewish. Period.
His Lighthouse truly believes that the ‘hunters’ of Jeremiah 16:16 will drive many of our people out of their countries of exile into God’s home- Israel. Just imagine, millions flocking to Israel! As of now there are about 9 million people in Israel. Think of what even 3 million immigrants would do to Israel’s infrastructure with such an influx of people (and that is less than half of the Jews in the U.S.) His Lighthouse, along with other organizations in Israel, is racing to be prepared for such an influx of people.It is highly probable that the government by itself cannot handle such a ‘tsunami’ of immigrants.
The Gentiles, especially the Church, has an enormous calling from God to help with the process. As God’s Word says in Isaiah 49:22 “Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people; and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.” WHAT A GLORIOUS SIGHT TO SEE!
People wonder what His Lighthouse will do for these new immigrants. We plan to prepare a safe place for them to live and recover from the trauma. A trauma that comes from leaving all their comforts they had- job, wealth, status, etc- coming to a Land without much more than their lives..
There is a new song by an Israeli Believer, Shilo Ben Hod, that best describes what Olim will find at His Lighthouse. This song, Dai Li (Enough for Me), gives praise to God for making us His Sons and Daughters in Yeshua, caring for us, showing His love which is far better than anything this world can offer. His Lighthouse is completely committed to show His Light of Yeshua to our people.
